Where can I find BLACK THREAD apparel?
Our t-shirts are only and exclusively sold here on our website. Our products are not available on Amazon or any other stores.
How can I find my size?
You can find a size chart next to the size options on every product page.
How do I wash my theads?
Care for your tee shirts by machine washing on cold water (max 30C or 90F) with non-chlorine detergent. Avoid bleach to maintain color vibrancy. Skip dry cleaning, and opt for tumble drying on low heat. When needed, iron or steam on medium heat with a protective layer.
Is BLACK THREAD ethical?

Why are items missing from my package?
Multiple item orders may ship from more than one location, so it's possible your items may be shipped and delivered at different times. Regardless of the number of shipments, a single order is charged only one shipping fee.
Order Cancellation
Due to the process of printing and shipping, we are unable to cancel an order that has been created in our system. Please check our return policy for refunds.
Returns
What is our return policy?
- Package must be unopened and returned within 30 days of its delivery, as indicated by its tracking information.
- Items that have been washed are not eligible for returns and exchanges.
- We do not cover the cost of return shipping.
- You can be eligible for a refund on orders marked as "refused" or "returned to sender"
- We do not accept in-person returns.
How to submit proof of return?
- Submit proof of return via Contact Us page, Instagram Direct, or Facebook Messenger.
- Submit active return tracking number, OR photo of your package clearly labeled with a return destination.
Refund & Discount
- You are eligible for a refund on orders marked as "refused" or "returned to sender"
- Refund timeline will vary depending on your financial institution and may take up to 10 days.
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with a product, we will provide you a refund. Submit your request on our Contact Us page within 30 days of the initial order date.
Please note: the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee refund does not include any shipping fees, custom fees or any other additional fees. Additionally, the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is only eligible for first-time orders.
